The Badge & Stamp Depot has been a hobby business
since 1995. It buys, sells and trades Canadian military trade and branch
badges, cap tallies, collar dogs, shoulder flashes, wings, buttons and pins,
and regiment, squadron and ship insignia . . .
We also carry military and police badges from countries other than Canada, as
well as miscellaneous metal pins and other related collectibles, including
topical stamps.
Owner-operator Andy Jeffrey is a long-time member of the Military Collectors
Club of Canada, the Maritime Militaria Collectors Society, and the Maritime
Hobby Club (CFB Stadacona). He is retired from the Department of National
Defence (Maritime Command) and is a Life Member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
He has held various positions with the Air Cadet League of Canada.
Much of the collection is shown throughout Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and
Prince Edward Island at air shows, military reunions and family days, Legions,
seniors' expos, and collectors' shows. It is a home-based business and has no retail
or operating times, but its collection is accessible via internet or can be
viewed at the owner's home by appointment.
